Apple Cider Margarita

INGREDIENTS
Cinnamon Sugar and Flaky Sea Salt, for the Rim
2 ounces Lalo Mezcal or Silver Tequila
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
4 ounces (1/2 cup) Apple Cider
Juice from 1/2 a Lime
1-2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup - Use more or less to your taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Run a lime wedge around the rime of the glass and coat in cinnamon sugar and sea salt mixture.
  2. Combine the mexcal or tequila, orange liquor, apple cider, lime juice, and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake to combine. Strain into the glass.
  3. Garnish with apple slices, rosemary, and cinnamon sticks. If desired, light the cinnamon on fire for a smoky effect.

Maple Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Green River Bourbon (Straight or Wheated)
1/2 ounce Pure Maple Syrup
2-3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish with Orange Peel
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add the bourbon or dark rum, maple syrup and Angostura bitters to a glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink.

Pomegranate Spritz

INGREDIENTS
1 ounce Pomegranate Juice (such as POM)
2 ounces Campari
Terra Italia Prosecco (to top off)
Garnish:
1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Pour simple syrup and cinnamon sugar into tow shallow dishes. Gently coat the rim of the glass by dipping and turning  in the simple syrup followed by the cinnamon sugar.
  2. Add ice, pomegranate juice, and Campari to rimmed wine glass. Stir to combine.
  3. Top with Prosecco as desired.

Bonfire Night

INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Wheatley Vodka
2 ounces Cloudy Apple Juice
1 ounce Lime Juice
1 ounce Salted Caramel Syrup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. 
  2. Shake everything and strain into a rocks glass with fresh cubed ice.
  3. Garnish with a mini sparkler.
