Five Farms Brownies Thu, Dec 08, 22 | recipes Holy Cow! These brownies are no joke. The original recipe is taken from a Five Farms Irish Cream post: Five Farms Brownies combine the best of both worlds, Five Farms Irish Cream and chocolate. Ingredients: 2 oz. unsweetened cocoa powder 4 oz. unsalted butter, melted 2 eggs 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur ½ cup flour (all purpose or GF blend) ½ teaspoon salt Ganache Icing: 4 oz. chopped dark chocolate 4 oz. heavy cream 2 tablespoons Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur Combine cocoa and melted butter until smooth. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Mix in brown sugar, vanilla and Five Farms. Add flour and salt and mix until well-blended. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes in an 8-inch square pan. Remove from oven and cool completely. For the Ganache: Combine chocolate and heavy cream in a heat-proof container. Microwave on medium heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted; whisk in Five Farms until smooth. Pour over cooled brownies and refrigerate until ganache is set. Cut into squares and serve. Best served with a glass of Five Farms. ☘️ Thank you, Julie Kinnaird for this lovely recipe and photo!
